Slowly, Slowly

Marginally better every day. Today I spent a very satisfying while in the yard–replanted a rose bush, weeded and pruned a lot of dead stuff, sowed some poppy seeds (hopefully they will come up this year, unlike last year!), also moved one of my rosemary plants to the front, from a pot on the deck, where it was utterly rootbound. I still have one in a pot, for cooking convenience, but I’m going to let this one grow, grow, fly and be free!

Tomorrow I plan to go to yoga. My first exercise in a week. I will instruct Madame Teacher to go gentle on me. 🙂

Tomorrow is also the last day of the meds. I hope this is all beyond the need for meds now–the shingles sores definitely look like they’re healing; the other mysterious rash is moving more slowly. It’s still pretty itchy. I am very much hoping it goes away soon…and anyway I will be happy to stop organizing my meals around What time is it? Do I take a pill now? And, er, my digestion will be pleased to stop the pills too, I’ll just say.
