Suddenly we are realizing that we have less than a month left here on the island, before we return to Portland! And it seemed like such a looooong winter ahead of us, when we got here. The time, yes, it has flown.
Of course, we’ve had way more inn guests than anyone anticipated. Which is awesome…and has kept us pretty close to home.
Even so! Yesterday, it was sunny, so after our weekend guests checked out, we went rowing down in the harbor. No photos, sorry; I didn’t want to drop my phone in the drink. 🙂
Today we walked up the hill to a neighbor’s for breakfast. And marveled again at how incredibly gorgeous it is here.
Tomorrow, if the weather holds, we’re planning to hop a ferry to A Different Island. For the first time since we got here (despite its being free!). Pictures for that, I promise! (If we go.)
And that, plus the usual flood of freelance work, is what’s been going on around here.
