I love how the flowers come in so many different colors on this one. Including orange.
I wish OUR pernicious weeds were half so gorgeous.
In other news…wow, it’s been hot for a long time around here…I do love it, but we’re spending quite a lot of time watering. (and my water bill reflects this…) But we’re eating most every meal out on the deck, and just love love loving it there. So there’s that.
Next weekend, we’re doing the Bridge Ride again–and we’re doing all ten bridges this time. So we’ve been trying to get as ready as we can! We’re not riding with a team this year, so we’ve given ourselves permission to do what we can, at the pace that works for us. I’m looking forward to it, but also a bit…well, unready.
And, I suppose it was a weekend, but I worked all day today, as one does. Getting a little further down the to-do list all the time…
