Well the city is back, digging up the street again–this time a few doors down. And in the rain, poor souls.
Part of me thinks, Why not just dig up the whole street and replace the entire sewer at once? I’m sure it all needs it. Then the other part of me thinks, Nooooooo not the whole street for weeks and weeks!!!
So there we are.
