I was a little under the weather yesterday. Probably too much holiday cheer. Feeling much better today! Which is good, because my husband is making his famous homemade ravioli, which I’ve heard about for years but have never experienced. We’re here at his mom’s house, an appropriate place for an old family recipe. The process
I’m going to be an aunt! Our family is growing!! We had all given up hope! (well, almost.) 🙂 Thanksgivings are auspicious around my family these days. Last year, Mark proposed. This year, the news that Brother and Amazing Girlfriend are having a little boy next May. Eeeeee!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
Well, my to-do list is looking a lot better, though “write long blog post about the last year” is still un-checked-off. 🙂 Tomorrow we leave for California, family, Thanksgiving, you know. After the gigantic and marvelous things that happened last week, it seems only fitting that I am now suffering from my worst cold in recent memory. Mark had it too–he actually got sick right before the wedding–but I followed along in due course, and it’s knocked me flat. I wouldn’t give back any of the
