Here at BayCon and about to go down to breakfast/etc. So this will be brief–more later, I hope.
I finished the story “Home” (3700 words) and first readers report that it is, in fact, not completely insane. Or, if it is, it’s insane in the right way and not the wrong way. I’ll be making small changes suggested by Jay and then sending it along… I’ll have more to say about the process of writing that one, once I finish thinking about it.
Jay’s medical stuff continues, with a *bonus!* entirely insane coincidence that I still cannot quite believe.
