I’m working on Nightcraft Mother again, getting it ready for query.
This is the novel that was the second half of my first real serious novel which was 250,000 words and therefore *way* too long and I cut it in two and I made up a whole new ending for Nightcraft Sister which was the first half and actually the title of the whole first novel which was 250,000 words and Nightcraft Mother was going to be the second novel but it had the real actual climax and conclusion so eventually I realized it was the real first book and Nightcraft Sister was just backstory and *this* is the one and so I cut and pasted and rewrote and added relevant stuff from Nightcraft Sister and came up with this 98,000 word novel and showed it to Jay and incorporated his comments and then sent it through the Zombie Club and they gave me lots of feedback and now I’m going through their feedback and incorporating what I like and making lots of notes and I think this version is really going to be good because I’m such a better writer now and I hope to have this ready to go out in a few weeks!
