We’re back on the island…I came down with a horrible cold yesterday, which got even more horrible last night and this morning, while we were houseguests overnight in Anacortes at my brother’s girlfriend’s parents’ incredibly gorgeous waterfront home. Not quite what we’d been hoping for…but they very graciously took care of me, while Mark went out and did all the Costco and Trader Joe’s shopping we’d meant to do together. And I guess seeing the Hobbit movie will have to wait for another trip off the island.
Anyway, I’m feeling a bit better now, though we’re certainly going to bed early tonight. After we finish unpacking and putting away all these groceries, in this chilly, chilly inn…
