We *think* the Real Innkeepers are coming home tomorrow…they’ve been caught in the Oregon weathers, and are making slower progress than intended.
But we are staying through the weekend anyway, and handling the Valentine’s Day crowd, but then we leave! Next Monday is our last official innkeeping day; we’ll pack up and leave the island Tuesday.
Though actually, we’ve begun packing and planning already. We’ve gotten quite settled here, in just three months.
Which was the only way it was going to work for me, honestly. I don’t travel super well. So I had to make this place feel like home. Which it does. It’ll be weird to leave, and a little sad. Though I really do look forward to returning to my ACTUAL home. (Once they get all that snow-nonsense cleared up.)

In other news: a tiny baby pug dog.
He visited the local brewery when Chaz and I were also visiting the local brewery, which was (not incidentally) having a special beer-and-chocolate-pairing tasting thing. Oh my yum. Plus pug puppy!
