And lo, some planks were laid upon the framing, and screwed down (stop that snickering back there, I can hear you, what are you, twelve?), and there was decking!

Lots more to do; plus greenhouse framing [the greenhouse is the part of the decking that goes the other direction, in that-there photo], and stairs, and pergola, and railing, and etc etc all that; but the project is going REALLY well, and should be all done within a couple of weeks, and well under budget, because Mark is so efficient and capable. 🙂
In the meantime, spring has sprung! Lovely warm day today–it’s STILL 72 degrees out there, and I’m barefoot, and doors and windows are open. I remember why I love it here.
And scene 27 is done. 10 to go! Plus two more I haven’t written that go earlier! Hehe. (Scene 26 is still awesome. I read it over this morning and thought, Oh yes.)
